Preview Friday for Transfer Students
We know transfer students are different from first-time freshmen. They’ve worked hard, often balancing careers, families and other challenges while maintaining high academic standards.
Over one-third of our undergraduates are transfer students. We also have one of the highest graduation rates in the state for transferring two-year college students.
Join us for Preview Friday, where you’ll learn about transferring to UT Dallas. We’ll cover our admission process, financial aid, scholarships, academic programs and campus life. Admission counselors will also be on hand to answer your questions.
Attendees of Preview Friday may also qualify for a $50 application fee waiver.

Come to UT Dallas on May 2 and meet our friendly faculty, staff and students, and get a feel for our vibrant community. Enjoy a complimentary lunch and take an optional guided campus tour. You can also schedule a one-on-one meeting with an admissions representative to get your questions answered. Registrants will receive information before the event dates.
Check in begins at 8:30 a.m. Registrants will receive a parking permit and information prior to the event date.
