Transfer Admissions: Deadlines and Fees
Domestic and international students are encouraged to submit a complete transfer application as early as possible. Once an application is received — including all required supporting documents — it can take four to six weeks before receiving an admissions decision.

Please Note
- All supporting documents and transcripts must be received on or before the deadline for an application to be considered complete. Information regarding regular and late registration is available on the academic calendar.
- For applications or any required documents submitted after the stated deadlines, we cannot guarantee that we will process your application in time to render an admission decision.
Application Fees
After submitting your application through ApplyTexas, pay your application fee(s) using the instructions below:
- Applying for Summer 2026 or Fall 2026- submit your $75 application fee within the UTD Marketplace.
All fees are non-refundable.
Submitting Fee Waivers
Submit your fee waiver request in the Applicant Center in Galaxy under the Admission Forms section. Acceptable fee waivers include, NACAC (option 2 only), proof of military service (Valid military ID, DD214, including the character of service or a Driver’s license indicating the veteran designation) or by attending either Preview Friday or a Scholars’ Day event.
